1. Sponsor. Howdy Matcha LLC, 3309 W State Hwy 29, Georgetown, TX 78628 (“Howdy Matcha,” “we,” “us”).

2. Promotion Period. The Howdy Matcha Coast-to-Coast Giveaway runs from June 15, 2026 through August 14, 2026 (may end earlier or later at our discretion). It consists of (a) weekly online giveaways and (b) in- person scavenger hunts in select cities.

3. Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Howdy Matcha LLC and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

4. How to Enter — Online. During each weekly entry period: (a) follow @howdy_matcha on Instagram; (b) sign up for the Howdy Matcha newsletter at howdymatcha.co; and (c) comment on the designated giveaway post tagging two (2) friends. Each comment that tags two friends counts as one (1) entry; you may comment multiple times for multiple entries. (d) Initial Giveaway Reel Video must be shared in your stories a minimum of one time per Giveaway. Following, reposting in stories and newsletter signup are required to be eligible to win. 

5. How to Enter — In-Person. Clues are posted on Howdy Matcha’s Instagram directing participants to publicly accessible locations where cans have been placed. Participants who locate a can may keep it. Participation in the in-person hunt is a contest of skill (solving clues/puzzles); no purchase is necessary.

6. Prizes. Online: three (3) cans of Howdy Matcha per weekly winner. In-person: cans placed for public finding as described above. Approximate retail value per can: $24-$38. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $72-$114 (cans randomly selected by Howdy Matcha). No cash equivalent; prizes are non-transferable except at Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification (Online). Winners are selected at random from eligible entries using a third-party random selection tool, and announced on Instagram on the dates stated in each post. Winners will be contacted via Instagram direct message and must respond within 72 hours with the information needed to ship the prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.

8. Assumption of Risk (In-Person). By participating in the in-person scavenger hunt, participants agree to assume all risks associated with participation, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or interactions with other participants. Participants agree to obey all laws, not to trespass on private property, and not to endanger themselves or others. Howdy Matcha LLC and its affiliates assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or legal infractions committed by participants.

9. Food Safety. Cans are sealed at the time of placement and labeled with a placement date. Do not consume any can whose seal is broken or that appears tampered with. Product contains caffeine.

10. Publicity & Consent. Except where prohibited, by accepting a prize or participating, winners/participants consent to Howdy Matcha’s use of their name, social handle, and any photos or videos they voluntarily submit, for promotional purposes, without further compensation.

11. Privacy. Information collected is used only to administer this promotion and Howdy Matcha communications. See our privacy policy at howdymatcha.co.

12. Instagram Disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.

13. Taxes. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes received.

14. General. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its control impairs its integrity. This promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
